Ship decorations played an important role in shipbuilding:
To frighten enemies, be auspicious, or represent the wealth and power of the owner.
After the museum observation of paintings and sculptures, in the laboratory we use the seventeenth-century sketches and try to decorate the stern of the ship that we are going to build.
